RESOLUTION 7067 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A HOT ASPHALT PATCHER FOR THE <br />PUBLIC WORKS STREET DIVISION <br />WHEREAS, $30,000.00 been budgeted in the Streets Division 2007 <br />budget (100-4470-7030) for the purchase of a hot asphalt patcher unit; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has performed an extensive study and evaluation of hot <br />asphalt patchers that are designed to meet our needs; and <br />WHEREAS, said hot asphalt patcher would be purchased under state <br />contract and thus forego the requirement to acquire additional bids. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve the purchase of a One-Ton Spaulding RMV Hot <br />Patcher/Asphalt Recycler Unit under state contract in the amount of $19,191.30 <br />including tax. <br />Adopted this 14t" day of May 2007 <br />_~ <br />Rob arty, Mayor <br />`%///~/ r <br />urt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />
