NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The feasibility report for the 2007 Seal Coat Project, which was <br />prepared pursuant to Resolution 7065, is hereby approved. <br />2. Said improvements are hereby ordered and shall hereafter be <br />known and referred to as the 2007 Seal Coat Project. Said <br />ordering of the improvements shall be valid for a period of eighteen <br />(18) months from the date of adoption of this resolution. <br />3. The entire cost of said improvements shall be funded through the <br />Street Improvement Fund (account 285-4470-7050). <br />4. The preparation of plans and specifications of said project is <br />authorized. <br />5. That the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Spring Lake Park <br />for this project is hereby approved. <br />6.
