RESOLUTION 7068 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Resolution Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Totino's Italian Kitchen <br />WHEREAS, Totino's Italian Kitchen is considering opening a restaurant <br />located at 2535 County Highway 10; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, all necessary inspections for the establishment located at <br />2535 County Highway 10 will be done as soon as the establishment is finished with <br />construction; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Totino's Italian Kitchen, with <br />the condition that a satisfactory report from the Minnesota Department of Criminal <br />Apprehension and satisfactory report from the Fire Marshal is administered on the <br />establishment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve an On-sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Totino's Italian <br />Kitchen, under the condition that satisfactory reports are received from the Minnesota <br />Department of Criminal Apprehension and Mounds View Fire Marshal.
