RESOLUTION 7099 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING STEP/LONGEVITY ADJUSTMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the following below are regular full-time employees who are currently <br />working for the City of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, their supervisor reviewed their performance as it relates to the <br />responsibilities outlined in the job description; and <br />WHEREAS, their supervisor determined that the following employees below have <br />more than satisfactorily performed in the capacity of their position documented in their <br />performance review on file. <br />WHEREAS, a step increase wage adjustment is consistent with the Mounds View <br />Personnel Manual and Labor Agreements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a wage adjustment to the following indicated in the chart below. <br />NAME CURRENT DATE OF CURRENT STEP & STEP & WAGE EFFECTIVE <br /> POSITION EMPLOYMENT/CURRENT WAGE ADJUSTMENT DATE OF <br /> POSITION ADJUSTMENT <br />PSO Justin Public Service June 13, 2006 Step 2: $12.50/hr Step 3: $13.24/hr June 13, 2007 <br />Solber Officer <br />Officer Ben MV Police Officer June 27, 2006 Step 2: $20.00/hr Step 3: $23.11/hr June 27, 2007 <br />Knitter <br />Adopted this 11th day of June, 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />(seal) <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />
