RESOLUTION 7096 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Resolution Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Robert's Sports Bar and Entertainment <br />WHEREAS, Robert's Sports Bar and Entertainment's Intoxicating Liquor License <br />expires June 30, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Robert's Sports Bar and <br />Entertainment's Intoxicating Liquor License pending a satisfactory fire inspection from <br />the Mounds View Fire Marshal and full payment of their utility bill. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Robert's Sports Bar and <br />Entertainment for the time period of July 1, 2007 to June 30, 200$, pending a <br />satisfactory fire inspection from the Mounds View Fire Marshal and full payment of their <br />utility bill. <br />Adopted this 11th day of June, 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />C,~.~ ,, <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />F <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
