RESOLUTION 7097 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Resolution Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />The Mermaid <br />WHEREAS, The Mermaid's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2007; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, all necessary inspections for the establishment have been <br />conducted and the establishment with the exception of a fire inspection; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of The Mermaid's Intoxicating Liquor <br />License pending a satisfactory fire inspection report from the Mounds View Fire <br />Marshal. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for The Mermaid for the period <br />of July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008 pending a satisfactory fire inspection from the Mounds <br />View Fire Marshal. <br />Adopted this 11th day of June, 2007. <br />~~- <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
