RESOLUTION 7099 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING STEP/LONGEVITY ADJUSTMENT <br />WHEREAS, the following below is a regular full-time employee who is currently <br />working for the City of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, his supervisor reviewed his performance as it relates to the <br />responsibilities outlined in the job description; and <br />WHEREAS, his supervisor determined that the following employee below has more <br />than satisfactorily performed in the capacity of his position documented in his performance <br />review on file; and <br />WHEREAS, a step increase wage adjustment is consistent with the Mounds View <br />Personnel Manual and Labor Agreements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a wage adjustment to the following indicated in the chart below. <br />NAME CURRENT DATE OF CURRENT STEP & STEP & WAGE EFFECTIVE <br /> POSITION EMPLOYMENT/CURRENT WAGE ADJUSTMENT DATE OF <br /> POSITION ADJUSTMENT <br />Don Burda Tem Bld Ins ector Ma 24, 2006 Ste 2: $22.50/hr Ste 3: $23.82/hr Ma 24, 2007 <br />Adopted this 25th day of June, 2007. <br />Rob arty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: ~,~ <br />~~~ L- - <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
