Re~c~i~ic~t~ 71Q~ <br />Page <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council, having <br />already approved the preliminary plat, approves the final plat for the subdivision of 8360 Long <br />Lake Road, subject to stipulations as follows: <br />1. Prior to the Final Plat execution, Charlene Moschkau shall pay a park <br />dedication fee in the amount of $10,640.00. <br />2. Charlene Moschkau shall successfully complete any and all requirements <br />from the review of the final plat by the City Attorney and City Staff. <br />3. The approval contemplated herein is subject to the condition that Charlene <br />Moschkau must pay for all costs incurred by the City concerning this <br />subdivision, including preparation and review of the preliminary and final plat <br />by technical assistants and the costs incurred by the City Attorney, city <br />consultants, as well as other costs of a similar nature. <br />4. No grading or construction activity may proceed without all necessary <br />permits having been obtained. <br />5. All utilities within the development area and to the individual home sites shall <br />be located underground. Upon construction of new homes, utility <br />agreements shall be executed and recorded with Ramsey County if required <br />by Mounds View Public Works staff. <br />6. Necessary permits shall be obtained for any and all work occurring within <br />the City or County right of way. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that approval of this final plat is <br />subject to approval by and recordation with Ramsey County, which shall occur within one <br />hundred twenty (120) days of Council approval.
