RESOLUTION N0.7058 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF 8360 LONG LAKE ROAD; <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. MA2006-002 <br />WHEREAS, Charlene Moschkau, has applied for a major subdivision for a single <br />family residential subdivision of 8360 Long Lake Road; and, <br />.WHEREAS, the preliminary plat date-stamped March 14, 2007 proposes a three lot <br />subdivision, with all lots fronting Long Lake Road; and, <br />WHEREAS, the subject parcel is legally described as follows: <br />Lot 7, Block 1, Charles Hermann Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, the parcel is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential and the adopted <br />Comprehensive Plan designates the parcel for low-density residential development; and, <br />WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary plat satisfies the minimum subdivision <br />requirements as identified in Chapters 1100 and 1200 of the Mounds View Municipal Code; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal <br />1. Staff Report <br />2. Planning Application <br />3. Preliminary Plat <br />4. Zoning Map <br />5. Aerial View <br />6. Photographic Documentation <br />7. Planning Commission Resolution 862-07 <br />WHEREAS, In accordance with Section 1204.04, Subd. 4 of the Mounds View <br />Municipal Code, all subdivisions of land are subject to park dedication fee requirements; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public hearing regarding this <br />preliminary plat on Monday, April 9, 2007. <br />.WHEREAS, the Planning Commission supported the request by adopting Resolution <br />862-07, which recommends approval of the major subdivision; and <br />
