RESOLUTION 7063 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AWARDING THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE OAKWOOD PARK <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT -PHASE 1 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7053 adopted by the City <br />Council on March 26, 2007, sealed bids were received on April 9, 2007, at 10:00 <br />a.m. for the Oakwood Park Improvement Project -Phase 1; and <br />WHEREAS, the low responsive bid was received from Peterson <br />Companies, Incorporated with a Base Bid $41,351.00 for the Oakwood Park <br />Improvement Project -Phase 1. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />That the Base Bid of Peterson Companies, Incorporated in the <br />amount of $41,351.00 for the Oakwood Park Improvement Project <br />- Phase 1 is the lowest responsive bid. <br />2. That a contract to .perform said work is awarded to Peterson <br />Companies, Incorporated and that the Mayor and City Administrator <br />are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said <br />bidder. <br />3.
