RESOLUTION 7151 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 37 ACCEPTING THE CITY HALL <br />REHABILITATION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT <br />WHEREAS, Arkay Construction Companies has requested the <br />City's acceptance and final payment for the City Hall Rehabilitation Project; and <br />WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in <br />accordance with the plans and specifications; and <br />WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $1,185,000.00, the <br />final contract cost is $1,325,304.95, and the final payment amount is $5,000.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. That Change Order No. 37 far the City Hall Rehabilitation Praject is <br />hereby approved. <br />2. Execution of said documents is hereby authorized. <br />3. That said Change Orders shall be financed with funds derived from the <br />Special Project Account for this Project (Account: 280-4180-7050-100). <br />4, The City Hall Rehabilitation Project is hereby accepted. <br />5.
