Mounds View Planning Commission <br />Regular Meeting <br />April 19, 2006 <br />Page 8 <br />Commissioner Meehlhause thought they needed to go forward with the street replacement <br />program in the City. <br />Commissioner Meehlhause thought Silver Lake Pond needed to be taken care of also because <br />there is a trail around it. <br />Commissioner Hegland did not know if redeveloping the Moundsview Square area into retail <br />again was a good idea because it could be redeveloped into something else. Commissioner Hull <br />did not think they needed any more vacant business buildings in the City. He stated there is <br />already one on County Road 10 and Long Lake Road. <br />Consensus of the Commission was to use TIF funds to try to redevelop some of the commercial <br />areas along with the County Road 10 corridor. <br />Next Planning Commission Meetings: May 3, 2006 at Spring Lake Park City Hall <br />May 17, 2006 at New Brighton City Hall <br />8.
