RESOLUTION NO. 7162 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESIDENTIAL KENNEL LICENSE LOCATED AT <br />2757 SHERWOOD ROAD FOR JASON AND REBEKAH BRANDVOLD <br />WHEREAS, Jason and Rebekah Brandvold have applied for a Residential <br />Kennel license located at their residence, 2757 Sherwood Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork, petition and fees have been <br />submitted to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the petition does contain signatures of more than 50% of all <br />registered landowners or those occupying the land within five hundred feet (500') of <br />2757 Sherwood Road; and <br />WHEREAS, this license will expire on June 30, 2008. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does grant a residential kennel license to Jason and Rebekah Brandvold <br />located at 2757 Sherwood Road; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this licenses will <br />expire June 30, 2008. <br />Adopted this 4th day of September, 2007. <br />~~ sue. <br />Rob arty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: ~ ~~~~--.. <br />Jim Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />
