EDA RESOLUTION 18 -EDA -316 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (EDC) <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission (EDC) consist of members <br />appointed by the Economic Development Authority (EDA); and <br />WHEREAS, there are three (3) vacant seats on the EDC; and <br />WHEREAS, Jim Freichels, Jason Helgemoe, and Gary Stevenson's term seats expire <br />on December 31, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, Jim Freichels, Jason Helgemoe and Gary Stevenson have resubmitted <br />applications for a further term; and <br />WHEREAS, the EDC considered the applications for Jim Freichels, Jason Helgemoe, <br />and Gary Stevenson at their last EDC meeting and recommended them for reappointment to the <br />EDC. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the EDA does hereby appoint the following <br />below to the EDC: <br />Name Term Expiration <br />Jim Freichels December 31, 2021 <br />Jason Helgemoe December 31, 2021 <br />Gary Stevenson December 31, 2021 <br />Adopted this 26th day of November, 2018. <br />Carol Mueller, President <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle <m d, Executive Director <br />(Seal <br />
