1. Standard Lots. In this instance, the adjusted front footage for rectangular <br />lots will be the actual front footage of the lot. Rectangular Variation Lots. For a lot which is approximately rectangular <br />and uniform in shape, the adjusted front footage is computed by averaging <br />the front and back sides of the lot. For a triangular shaped lot, the adjusted front footage is <br />computed by averaging the front and back lot lines.
