RESOLUTION NO. 9039 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />SETTING AND APPROVING THE 2019 CITY COUNCIL MEETING, COUNCIL/STAFF <br />RETREAT AND TOWN HALL MEETING DATES <br />WHEREAS, the City's Charter states that the City Council shall meet regularly at <br />least twice monthly as they may designate by ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 105 of the Mounds View City Code states that regular <br />meetings of the City Council shall be held on the second and fourth Mondays of every <br />month; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has added EDA meetings to the calendar which are typically <br />held on the same days just prior to the regular Council meetings; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has traditionally scheduled Work Sessions on the <br />first Monday of the month; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with City Code, these meeting dates have been <br />scheduled as shown in Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has scheduled the 2019 Council/ <br />Staff Retreats and 2019 Town Hall Meeting as shown in Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby establish the official City of Mounds View City Council meeting calendar <br />for 2019 as shown in Exhibit A. <br />Adopted this 10th day of December 2018. <br />Carol�elle�WIM-a � <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle Omun , City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />
