RESOLUTION NO. 9050 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING A MARKET ADJUSTMENT FOR 2019 <br />WHEREAS, the City commissioned a market study of all non-union employees in <br />2017 to maintain a competitive pay structure in light of significant staff turnover; and <br />WHEREAS, eleven positions were below the market position based on a twelve <br />city group the City uses for comparison and would be subject to a market adjustment <br />based on the study; and <br />WHEREAS, one position has been eliminated and eight other positions have been <br />implemented as part of the hiring process or early implementation; and <br />WHEREAS, the pay ranges would be effective January 1, 2019 and would be <br />adjusted for any Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) the City Council granted for 2019. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve the pay ranges below effective January 1, 2019. <br />Step 1 <br />Step 1.5 <br />1 Step 2 <br />1 Step 3 <br />1 Step 4 <br />Step 5 <br />City Administrator 155.11 <br />56.83 <br />158.56 <br />162.00 <br />165.45 <br />68.89 <br />Police Chief 146.98 <br />48.45 <br />149.92 <br />152.86 <br />155.79 <br />58.73 <br />ATTEST: <br />(seal) <br />Adopted this 10th day of December, 2018. <br />Carol A.
