Item No: ___6B <br />Meeting Date: Dec 5, 2018 <br />Type of Business: Other Planning Activity <br /> <br /> <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Mounds View Planning Commission <br />From: Jon Sevald, Planner <br />Item Title/Subject: Resolution 1091-18, Adopting the 2019 Regular Meeting <br />Schedule for the Mounds View Planning and Zoning <br />Commission <br /> <br />Introduction <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission Bylaws, Section VI, states that the annual meeting <br />schedule of the Commission shall be adopted by Resolution at the first regular meeting in <br />December for the following year [2019]. Subject to this resolution, Regular Meetings will occur <br />on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. <br /> <br />The Bylaws do not establish a time.
