RESOLUTION NO. 7173 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION HIRING HEIDt STEINMETZ AS THE <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has given direction to hire for <br />the vacant Economic Development specialist position; and <br />WHEREAS, the position was advertised and the City received <br />approximately 15 applications; and <br />WHEREAS, Heidi Steinmetz is qualified for the position and would begin <br />employment with the City on or after October 22, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, in consideration and recognition of her extensive experience, <br />Ms. Steinmetz would start at step five ($28.06 per hour) of the applicable pay <br />scale. All other personnel policies will apply per the City's personnel manual, <br />and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve Resolution 7173 hiring Ms. Heidi Steinmetz as the <br />City of Mounds View Economic Development Specialist with an effective start <br />date on or after October 22, 2007. <br />Adopted this 8th day of October, 2007. <br />Rob arty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: t <br />y ~~~ C%1'~-tt~-8`'Lr <br />James Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
