v <br />ORDINANCE NO 649 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE MOUNDS <br />VIEW CHARTER BY AMENDING SUBDIVISION 1 OF SECTION 3.04 OF <br />THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW. <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View, pursuant to the recommendation of the City <br />of Mounds View Charter Commission, deems that Subdivision 1 of Section 3.04 of the Charter of <br />the City of Mounds View is hereby amended by the addition ofthe hold and underlined language <br />and by the deletion of the bold and sbicken language as follows: <br />Section 3,04. Onlimmces, Resohltions ~no Motions, <br />Subdivision 1. Except as otherwise provided in this Charter, or state law...JlL.,a <br />more restrictive City ordinance, an affirmative vote of three or more members of the <br />Council shall be required for the adoption of all ordinances, resolutions and motions.
