THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View, pursuant to the recommendation of the City of Mounds View Charter Commission, deems that Section 5.07 of the Charter of the City of Mounds View is hereby amended by the deletion of the �eld.awd6�p lan- guage as follows: Section 5.07. Referendum. Prior to the date when an ordinance effect, it may be subjected to r� takes a petition which shall state at the head of each page, or attached thereto, the exact text of the measure to be considered by the electorate.
