RESOLUTION NO. 9065 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING POLICE DEPARTMENT POLICIES <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Police Department (the "Department") has operated <br />under certain policies that have been developed and instituted by the Department over <br />time; and <br />WHEREAS, Department Chief Nate Harder has assembled said policies into one <br />formal document entitled Mounds View Police Department Policy and Procedure Manual <br />(the "Policy Manual'); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Policy Manual and finds the policies <br />contained therein and described on the policy list attached hereto as Exhibit A to be <br />appropriate and acceptable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the above -referenced recitals are <br />incorporated into this Resolution. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves and adopts all policies set forth in the Mounds View Police Department <br />Policy and Procedure Manual, as presented to the City Council on this date and described <br />on list attached hereto as Exhibit A, and directs Department staff to continue <br />implementing and adhering to said policies. <br />Adopted on the 28th day of January, 2019. <br />a'd, <br />Carol A.
