RESOLUTION NO. 9068 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RELOCATION OF THE FESTIVAL IN THE PARK <br />FROM CITY HALL PARK TO SILVER VIEW PARK <br />WHEREAS, the Festival in the Park has been held at City Hall Park for years; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved numerous upgrades to City Hall Park <br />including a new splash pad that takes up considerable space resulting in conflicts with the <br />Festival space needs; and, <br />WHEREAS, Silverview Park meets the space requires for the Festival celebration. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the relocation of Festival in the Park from City Hall Park to Silver View Park. <br />Adopted this day of 28th Day of January, 2019. <br />��z�4�� <br />Carol A.
