RESOLUTION NO. 9070 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING KERRIE KANE TO ATTEND THE INCODE CONFERENCE <br />WHEREAS, the City receives benefits when staff attend educational and <br />training conferences; and <br />WHEREAS, City policy requires City Council authorization for out-of-state <br />travel; and <br />WHEREAS, the City recently promoted Kerrie Kane to the position of Utility <br />Billing/Accounts Payable Technician; and <br />WHEREAS, this conference will provide in-depth training in utility billing and <br />accounts payables; and <br />WHEREAS, this training and travel has been budgeted for in the water and <br />sanitary sewer funds with an estimated cost of $2,500. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View that Kerrie Kane is authorized to attend the INCODE Conference in <br />Dallas, Texas on April 8-10. <br />Adopted this 28th day of January, 2019. <br />Z��e 6_ZA1AALGA0'__ <br />Carol A.
