<br />Item 05A <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Summary <br />Elin Marco Group is requesting approval of a Minor Subdivision, creating two lots (one new). <br /> <br />A Public Hearing is not required for Minor Subdivisions. However, as a curtesy, notice of this <br />meeting has been provided to property owners within 350’ of the property. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 1093-19, recommending approval of the Minor <br />Subdivision. <br /> <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is requested to consider the following options: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Resolution 1093-19, recommending approval of the Minor Subdivision. <br /> <br />2. The Planning Commission may choose to recommend denial. If the Commission chooses <br />this option, Staff would need to be directed to draft a resolution of denial with findings of fact <br />appropriate to support the denial. <br /> <br />3. Table the request. If additional information is needed before a decision can be rendered or <br />if more discussion is needed, the Commission can simply move to table the request until <br />such information has been provided.
