RESOLUTION NO. 9077 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BENEFIT ADJUSTMENTS TO <br />AGNES QUASABART AND DON PETERSON <br />WHEREAS, the City Council recently adopted their strategic plan which includes <br />prioritizing our human resources with employee retention a key component; and, <br />WHEREAS, Agnes Quasabart and Don Peterson have demonstrated exceptional <br />levels of service and commitment; and, <br />WHEREAS, benefit compensation is a critical component of employee retention. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council <br />approves awarding an additional week of vacation to Agnes Quasabart's vacation <br />schedule and restoring Don Peterson's Flex Time and Vacation Balance carryover from <br />2018 to 2019 thereby providing an additional year to utilize those accumulations. <br />Adopted this 11th day of February, 2019. <br />Carol A.
