ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />ORDINANCE N0.794 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE <br />MUNICIRAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />BY AMENDING CHAPTER 1009 <br />ENTITLED "SWIMMING POOLS" <br />On August 27, 2007; the Mounds View <br />City Council adopted an ordinance which <br />revised Chapter 1009 of the Municipal <br />Code relating to Swimming Pools.. The <br />adopted revision reduces the minimum <br />height. of a fence around a pool from five <br />feet to four feet, consistent with the <br />minimum requirements of the Minnesota <br />State. Building t;ode. Other changes <br />were- approved which clarffied the <br />technical specNications relating to gate <br />latch mechanisms associated with pool <br />fences. <br />The ordinance is on file and available for <br />public viewing at the- office of the Clerk <br />Administrator.
