Ord 792 <br />Page 2 <br />1202.04: CONDITIONS OF PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL: <br />*** <br />Subd. 2. Tentative Approval: The approval of a preliminary plat of a major subdivision <br />by the Council is tentative only, involving merely the general acceptability of the <br />layout as submitted. The Council shall not permit the installation of any public <br />improvements in the proposed plat unless the preliminary plat is approved. <br />Preliminary plat approval is conditioned upon compliance with all reauirements <br />deemed necessary to areserve neiahborhood aesthetics or protect the health. <br />safety and welfare of neiahborina landowners and the future residents within the <br />subdivision. <br />1202.05: NECESSARY DATA FOR FINAL PLAT: <br />*** <br />Subd. 2. Information to be Shown: <br />*** <br />p. Any other information as may be required by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, e~Council or city staff that is deemed to be in the interest of the <br />public's health, safety or welfare. <br />1202.07: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL PROCEDURE: <br />*** <br />Subd. 2. Conformance to Preliminary Plat: <br />*** <br />b. The Clerk-Administrator shall examine the final plat to determine whether it <br />conforms to the preliminary plat, as approved.-, includina, but not limited to. <br />comaliance with all reauirements deemed necessary to oreserve neiahborhood <br />aesthetics or to protect the health. safety and welfare of neiahborina landowners <br />and the future residents within the subdivision. <br />c.
