RESOLUTION NO. 7210 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A TRANSFER OF BUSINESS LICENSE OWNERSHIP <br />FROM KHALID AHMED TO MICHAEL MELBERG AND JEFF SCHWINGHAMMER <br />FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW BP LOCATED AT 2155 COUNTY ROAD 10 <br />WHEREAS, Khalid Ahmed requests a transfer of ownership for their Gasoline <br />and Tobacco License to Michael Melberg and Jeff Schwinghammer for the Mounds <br />View BP located at 2155 County Road 10 in Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Melberg and Mr. Schwinghammer have submitted all <br />appropriate applications materials, fees and the establishment passed a fire inspection <br />as required under the Mounds View City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses licenses must be approved by <br />the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve a gasoline and tobacco license for Michael Melberg and Jeff <br />Schwinghammer of Mounds View BP, located at 2155 County Road 10. <br />NOW, FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the term of these licenses will start on <br />January 15, 2008 and expire on June 30, 2008. <br />Adopted this 14t" day of January, 2008. <br />_~ <br />~~~~ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />~.~ ? i~ <br />Jim Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
