ORDINANCE NO. 800 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CHARTER <br />BY AMENDING SECTION 12.13 OF THE CITY CHARTER <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View, pursuant to the <br />recommendation of the City of Mounds View Charter Commission, has hereby <br />determined that Section 12.13, of the City Charter be amended by the addition of the <br />bold and underlined language and by the deletion of the h^',~ ~+n~ ~4ri,.Len language <br />as follows: <br />CHAPTER 12 <br />MISCELLANEOUS AND TRANSITORY PROVISIONS <br />Section 12.13. A newsletter shall be published by the City at regular intervals at least ~~, <br />four 4 times each year. <br />The City of Mounds View may use several delivery methods if necessary to deliver <br />the newsletter to at least each non-commercial postal delivery address within the City <br />of Mounds View unless the resident has requested not to receive the city newsletter. <br />If practicable, a copy of the newsletter shall be posted on the city website. <br />SECTION 2.
