No person may ride or operate a bicycle in any open space site except in a prudent <br />and careful manner, and unless such person shall be capable of effective control and <br />operation of said vehicle. Pedestrians and motorized vehicles shall have the right of way <br />where a bikeway intersects pedestrian trails or roadways. <br />d. No person may ride or operate a bicycle in any open space site faster than is <br />reasonable and safe, with regard to the safety of the operator and other persons in the <br />immediate area. <br />e. No person may ride or operate a bicycle in any open space site thirty (30) minutes <br />after sunset and thirty (30) minutes before sunrise without appropriate front and rear <br />lighting. <br />f All bicycle riders must remain in single file and proceed in the extreme right hand <br />lane of a drive or bikeway at all times except when passing another vehicle or bicyclist <br />parked or traveling in the same direction. <br />g.
