RESOLUTION NO. 9088 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING BRIAN BEEMAN TO ATTEND THE STRENGTHS DISCOVERY <br />CONFERENCE <br />WHEREAS, the City receives benefits when staff attend educational and <br />training conferences; and <br />WHEREAS, City policy requires City Council authorization for out-of-state <br />travel; and <br />WHEREAS, the City recently promoted Brian Beeman to the position of <br />Assistant City Administrator; and <br />WHEREAS, this conference will provide in-depth training in individual and <br />organizational leadership; and <br />WHEREAS, this training and travel has been budgeted for in the <br />administration funds with an estimated cost of $900. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View that Brian Beeman is authorized to attend the Strengths Discovery <br />Conference in Omaha, Nebraska on June 3, 2019. <br />Adopted this 11th day of March, 2019. <br />Carol A.
