11. Limitations. The parties hereto agree that neither party shall assign, sublet, <br />transfer or pledge this Agreement and/or the services to be performed Hereunder, whether in whole <br />or in part, without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party. <br />13. Counterparts. For the convenience of the parties, any number of counterparts hereof <br />may be execued acid each such executed coiu~terpart shall be deemed an original, but all such <br />counterparts together shall constitute oiie in the swine Agreement. <br />14. Data Practices.
