RESOLUTION 7237 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A ZERO DOLLAR PERMIT FOR THE TRUNK <br />HIGHWAY 10 NOISE WALL PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, A Zero Dollar Permit to Construct has been submitted to the <br />City by MN/DOT for the construction of the Trunk Highway Noise Wall in the <br />Ardan Park Area; and <br />WHEREAS, MN/DOT is seeking execution of said permit to ensure that <br />they can proceed with the project as planned; and <br />WHEREAS, the execution of said permit does not require the City to <br />surrender possession of real property without just compensation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. Authorizes the execution of a Zero Dollar Permit to Mn/DOT for the <br />construction of a noise wall along Trunk Highway 10 in the Ardan Park <br />area. <br />2.
