RESOLUTION 7236 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ACCEPTING THE MEDTRONIC UTILITY EXTENSION PROJECT AND <br />AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT <br />WHEREAS, Dave Perkins Contracting, Incorporated has requested <br />the City's acceptance and final payment for the Medtronic Utility Extension <br />Project; and <br />WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in <br />accordance with the plans and specifications; and <br />WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $444,509.00, the <br />actual final construction cost is $434,729.05, and the final payment amount is <br />$2,960.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. Accepts the Medtronic Utility Extension Project. <br />2.
