RESOLUTION 7240 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPLETION OF THE <br />SPRING CREEK REGIONAL WATER QUALITY POND REPORT <br />WHEREAS, On May 24, 2004 the City Council authorized the preparation <br />of a preliminary feasibility report for the Spring Creek Regional Water quality <br />Pond Project; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that this report be completed to address storm <br />water issues associated with the proposed 2010 Street and Utility Improvement <br />Project as well as the previously constructed 2003 Street improvement Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, does hereby authorize activities associated with the completion of <br />the Spring Creek Regional Water Quality Pond Report. <br />Adopted this 10~h day of March 2006. <br />C~~ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />(ATTEST) ~' <br />James Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />
