RESOLUTION 7239 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />SETTING A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING DATE FOR THE <br />2009-2010 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, on May 22, 2006 the City Council approved Resolution 6823 <br />authorizing the preparation of a Preliminary Feasibility Report and the selection <br />of a consultant for the 2007-2008 Street and Utility Improvement Project; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 11, 2006 the City Council held a public hearing <br />and approved Resolution 6982 approving the Feasibility Report for the 2007- <br />2008 Street and Utility Improvement Project; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed 2009-2010 Street and Utility Improvement <br />Project will be the same project as the proposed 2007-2008 Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project, with the addition of Red Oak Drive north of Sherwood <br />Road; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Improvement Hearing would allow the public to learn <br />about the proposed project and to provide comments; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Improvement Hearing date of March 24, 2008, will <br />afford the necessary time to publish legal notices. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. Sets a public improvement hearing date for said project for 7:05 pm on <br />March 24, 2008 at Mounds View City Hall. <br />2.
