RESOLUTION NO. 7250 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING DISTRIBUTION OF SERVICE <br />APPRECIATION CERTIFICATES TO EMPLOYEES HAVING REACHED <br />FIVE-YEAR EMPLOYMENT MILESTONES <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 5617 was adopted by the City Council on October 8, 2001; and, <br />WHEREAS, one of the clauses in Resolution 5617 indicates that the City will provide to <br />employees certificates in the amount of $5 per year of service at five-year increments; and, <br />WHEREAS, the following individuals have achieved an employment milestone with the City <br />of Mounds View. <br />Employee Name Department Years of Service <br />as of 2007 Gift Certificate <br />Amount <br />Nick Fleischhacker Public Works 5 ears $25.00 <br />Mike Sommer Police De t 5 ears $25.00 <br />Peter Szurek Public Works 10 ears $50.00 <br />Steve Vacek Public Works 5 ears $25.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />appreciate and recognize the four employees listed above for their years of dedicated service and, <br />pursuant to Resolution 5617, does hereby authorize the distribution of Service Appreciation Gift <br />Certificates to each herein identified employee in amounts equal to five times their years of service. <br />Adopted t 's 24th day of March, 2008 <br />_,/G~--~ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: ~ ~~-G?~1r+~+.~.z-a-- CC'~'~'~'t~'~- <br />James Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
