RESOLUTION 7242 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN EMERGENCY <br />MANAGEMENT GENERATOR <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7207 adopted by the City Council on <br />January 14, 2008, sealed bids were received on February 14, 2008, at 10:00 <br />a.m. for the Emergency Management Generator Purchase; and <br />WHEREAS, the low responsive bid was received from Interstate Power <br />Systems with a Base Bid $83,125.61 for the Emergency Management Generator <br />Purchase; and <br />WHEREAS, no bids were provided for the Alternate Bid No.1. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />That the Base Bid of Interstate Power Systems in the amount of <br />$83,125.61 excluding tax for the Emergency Management <br />Generator Purchase is the lowest responsive bid. <br />2. That a contract to purchase an Emergency Management Generator <br />in the amount of $83,125.61, excluding tax, according to the base <br />bid, is awarded to Interstate Power Systems. <br />3.
