RESOLUTION 7246 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ACCEPTING THE 2007 STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT (SEAL COAT <br />PROJECT) AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT <br />WHEREAS, Pearson Bros, incorporated has requested the City's <br />acceptance and final payment for the 2007 Street Maintenance Project; and <br />WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with <br />the plans and specifications; and <br />WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $219,682.50, the final <br />construction cost is $200,272.50, and the final payment amount is $11,526.50. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. Accepts the 2007 Street Maintenance Project (Seal Coat Project). <br />2.
