EDA RESOLUTION 06-EDA-226 <br />MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ACCEPTANCE OF LAND DONATION OF 2696 COUNTY ROAD 10 <br />FROM PROPERTY OWNER SILVERVIEW ESTATES INC. <br />WHEREAS, Silverview Estates, Incorporated, a Minnesota corporation doing <br />business at PO BOX 340, WALKER, MN, 56484, has generously offered to donate to the <br />City of Mounds View the parcel located at 2696 County Road 10 and legally described as, <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Silverview Estates <br />Ramsey County <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Authority, acting on behalf of <br />the City of Mounds View, desires to accept said gift of land from Silverview Estates, Inc. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that on behalf of the City of Mounds View, <br />the Mounds View Economic Development Authority graciously acknowledges and accepts <br />the gift of real estate located at 2696 County Road 10 from Silverview Estates, Inc., subject <br />to the following: <br />1.
