I'm really excited to hear what the public has to say," said Ramsey County
Commissioner Blake Huffman, noting the Cunningham Group has hosted a series of open houses
and small group meetings to seek input over the past year. Another open house is scheduled for
Jan. 22.
The future TCAAP development -- still in a conceptual proposal, with no specific developer
attached -- would also include 53 acres of open space and a 26 -acre spine road.
