The manufacturers' <br />warranties, however, are 'depot' style warranties - i.e. the equipment needs to be <br />uninstalled, sent in for repair, then reinstalled and tested by the customer. <br />The RFP for this job requires a one year concierge -style warranty, which is an <br />additional charge, outlined below. <br />I <br />SC -Silver Z Systems Annual Service Contract - Silver Level.
