A <br />Sketch Plan is an informal review of plans, intended to provide the developer with feedback <br />prior to preparing engineering and building plans. <br /> <br />This project will require: <br /> <br />1. Zoning Map amendment, from B-3 to PUD <br />2. Conditional Use Permit for a Residential PUD <br />3. General Concept Plan (aka Development Review) <br />4. Ordinance Amendment to allow studio apartments, less than 630 sf in size <br />5. Vacation of portion of Greenfield Avenue <br />6. Preliminary/Final Plat <br /> <br />It is anticipated that these items will be applied for and reviewed concurrently. <br /> <br /> <br />Planning Commission Recommendations <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on January 16, 2019. Commission <br />members’ recommendations are incorporated into this report. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br />City Council members are asked to provide feedback to the developer.
