RESOLUTION NO. 9048 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ADOPTING THE 2019 BUDGETS FOR ALL FUNDS WHEREAS, the City Council conducted numerous meetings and made available detailed budgets at City Hall and on the City’s website for the 2019 budgets for all funds; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budgets.
