<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9044 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating License Transfer from Mermaid, Inc. to Triple <br />Shift Entertainment LLC, (doing business as “The Mermaid”) for the <br />The Mermaid Located at 2200 Mounds View Boulevard <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Triple Shift Entertainment, LLC has made application to the City of <br />Mounds View to transfer the On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License (including Sunday Sales and <br />an Outdoor Liquor Consumption Endorsement) for the Mermaid from Mermaid, Inc. to Triple <br />Shift Entertainment, LLC dba “The Mermaid”; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business license applications or transfers must be <br />approved by the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all application materials have been submitted to the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all property taxes and water/sewer charges are current; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period would run from December ___, 2018 to June 30, <br />2019. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License (with Outdoor Liquor <br />Consumption Endorsement) transfer from the Mermaid, Inc. to Triple Shift Entertainment, LLC <br />dba “The Mermaid” for the property located at 2200 Mounds View Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 10th day of December, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Carol A.
