In the case of a single-family residenceresidential alarms,“alarm <br />user” shall mean the owner, resident, tenant or lessee of the single-family residence, as <br />the case may be.In the case of a multi-family residence, including apartment complexes, <br />“alarm user” shall mean the owner of the multi-family residence. <br />Subd.2.ALARMS: Any mechanical functioning or electronic device which, directly or <br />indirectly, summons police or fire personnel. <br />Subd.3.CITY: The City of Mounds View.
