Approval of Minutes: January 28, 2019. <br />B. Just and Correct Claims. <br />C. Resolution 9077, Benefit Adjustments Quasabart and Peterson. <br />D. Resolution 9083, Approving the 2019 Public Works Seasonal Positions. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Bob King, Director of the Mounds View Police Foundation, discussed the tremendous success of <br />the Daddy Daughter Dance, which was held on Saturday, February 9th. He thanked the public for <br />their support and generous donations. He thanked Police Chief Harder for all of his efforts. <br /> <br />7. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A.
