RESOLUTION N0.7286 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Resolution Approving an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for ABC Liquor <br />WHEREAS, ABC Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of ABC Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor <br />License, pending a satisfactory background check with the Minnesota Department of <br />Criminal Apprehension and a satisfactory fire inspection from the Mounds View Fire <br />Marshal. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for ABC Liquor for the <br />period of July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, pending a satisfactory background check with <br />the Minnesota Department of Criminal Apprehension and a satisfactory fire inspection <br />from the Mounds View Fire Marshall. <br />Adopted this 9th day of June, 2008. <br />__._- <br />Rob arty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
