RESOLUTION 7287 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Resolution Approving an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Vino & Stogies <br />WHEREAS, Vino & Stogies' Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2008; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Vino & Stogies' Intoxicating Liquor <br />License pending full payment of their utility bill, and satisfactory background check and <br />satisfactory fire inspection. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Vino & Stogies for the period <br />of July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 pending full payment of their utility bill, a satisfactory <br />background check from the Minnesota Department of Criminal Apprehension, and a <br />satisfactory fire inspection report from the Mounds View Fire Marshall. <br />Adopted this 9th day of June, 2008. <br />i` <br />Ro Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
